Key Result Areas and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will not be limited to a single function. You will be assigned across various units within the business, providing a holistic view of banking operations.
Your core responsibilities will include:

Rotational Assignments: Executing various individual and group work mandates as assigned by your supervisors in different departments.

Project Execution: Working on strategic projects that require analytic skills and problem-solving abilities.

Presentations: You will be required to compile your learnings and project outcomes into professional presentations to be delivered by the end of the Graduate Trainee period.

Performance Reporting: Participation in a rigorous three-month performance reporting cycle, completed jointly by the Graduate Trainee and the supervisor to track progress and development.

Academic Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following strict academic criteria to be considered for the 2026 intake:

Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and accredited university.

GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or its equivalent is required.

Secondary Education: Must have achieved a minimum grade of B in CSEE (Certificate of Secondary Education Examination), with at least a B in both Mathematics and English.

Graduation Timeline: Applicants must have graduated within the last 24 months.

Throughout the program, you will interact with key stakeholders to ensure your success:

Internal: You will report to a dedicated Graduate Trainee contact person within your assigned department and the Traineeship Coordinator within the HR Department.
